01. Pick your destination
Choose a data plan that fits your trip. Check the covered countries, data allowance, and validity before buying.
02. Install your eSIM
After payment and allocation, open your order and scan the installation QR code while connected to Wi-Fi.
03. Make yourself at home
At your destination, select Ulacab for mobile data and enable data roaming on the eSIM. Keep your primary SIM for your usual number.
Is your phone ready?
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06# and look for an EID number, or check your device manufacturer’s specifications. Availability varies by model and region.
iPhone
Settings → Mobile Service / Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan your installation code, then follow the prompts.
Android
Settings → Connections / Network & internet → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Menu names vary by manufacturer.
Data-only plans do not include a local phone number, calls, or SMS. Internet calling apps work with your data plan. Activation timing varies by plan; review its details before installation.
